Orders & Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from our studio in China with love and care.
Currently, we ship to the United States only. We hope to expand to more destinations soon!
Your order will be processed within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location.
Yes! Every order comes with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s little journey home.
Don’t worry, sometimes tracking updates take a few days to refresh. If it hasn’t moved for more than 7 business days, please contact us via support@journique.shop and we’ll look into it for you.

Products & Materials

We offer stickers, paper sheets, and a few lovely stationery accessories like dew-drop gems and journal clips.
Some of our stickers are lightly waterproof, perfect for everyday journaling and scrapbooking use — but we recommend avoiding heavy exposure to water.
Most stickers are designed for one-time application to ensure the best adhesion and finish.
Our Paper Sheets are lightweight and ideal for layering and collage work, while Cardstock offers a thicker, sturdier texture — perfect for adding structure or emphasis to your creations.
