Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece from Journique.
If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Opened packages are fine, as long as the product hasn’t been used.
  • Stickers and paper goods can be returned if unused.

How to Request a Return
Email us at support@journique.shop
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • (Optional) Photos if there’s a quality issue

We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If your order arrived damaged or with a quality issue, we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please use a trackable shipping service — refunds are processed only after we receive the item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations
Currently, we don’t have non-returnable items, but we can’t accept returns that:

  • Show signs of use or damage after delivery
  • Are received more than 14 days after delivery
